  • Seven days notice is required for our services for new customers so that we have time to set up a pre-service visit.  Three days notice is required for existing clients with key on file.

  • Last minute booking fee = $25.  There will be a last minute booking fee if a new client gives less than seven days notice or if an existing client gives less than three days notice for a reservation.

  • Payment terms = Payments are due before or at the time of the first day of service.

  • Payment methods = Cash or check.

  • Late payment fee = $10.  Payments are due before or at the time of the first day of service.

  • Key drop off/pick up fee - $5 only if not received at pre-service visit and kept on file.

  • Returned check fee = $30

  • Holiday surcharge = $15 per day.  Holidays include the following:   New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

  • Gas surcharge – extra cost if outside of service area.  Rate based on the government’s current approved mileage charge.

  • Referrals = $15 credit for future services to existing customer for every referral.  Credit is received after services are rendered to the referred customer.

  • Cancellation

    • Client is responsible for 50% of the total if one to two days notice is given.

    • Client is responsible for 25% of the total if three days notice is given.

    • Full refund for four or more days notice given with the exception of a booked holiday service.

  • Holiday cancellation = Client responsible for 50% of total if 30 day notice is not given.
